Dr. Darren Shirky
Say hello to Dr. Darren Shirky, a new member of the Darwin community and a dentist who brings enthusiasm, compassion, and fresh energy to every patient he meets. Dr. Shirky may be new to the area, but his passion for dentistry and commitment to patient care are second to none. He’s excited to make Darwin his home and is eager to build lasting relationships while ensuring everyone leaves his chair feeling confident and cared for. Whether you’re new to town or a long-time resident, Dr. Shirky is here to make sure your smile shines as bright as the Northern Territory sun!
Dr. Deon Naicker
Dr. Deon Naicker completed his dental training at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Upon relocation to Australia, Dr Deon was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in 2014.He later on completed 3 years of advanced full-time training at the University of Adelaide, and qualified a Specialist Endodontist (Root Canal Specialist). Dr. Deon stays abreast of the latest developments in endodontics and uses the most advanced equipment and techniques for his patients.
Dr Deon successfully combines his private practice at Adelaide Gum Doctor Plus with his commitments at Adelaide Dental Hospital, and also maintains a visiting practice in Northern Territory which lacks dental specialists.

Dr. Ivan Sutalo
Dr. Ivan Sutalo is a General Dentist who speaks both English and Croatian. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2002 and has spent time travelling extensively through Europe, South America, and Australia, working and servicing many remote regions. Dr Ivan enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is fluent in Croatian.
