Your First Visit
We'd like to ask you to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This gives you and our team enough time to add your information into the system to brief your dentist or hygienist.
Parking
There are usually enough parking spaces available in front of or around the practice.
Patient Medical History
You will be asked to fill in all your details in the electronic New Patient Registration Form, which will be assigned to you prior to your first appointment. Any information you provide to us is strictly confidential. In accordance with the Australian Dental Association guidelines, we are obliged to ask you to update your medical history every year.
Cancellations And Changes
We understand that there might be some unforeseen circumstances requiring you to change or cancel your appointment. In the event mentioned above, Darwin Smiles Dental kindly asks you to call us on 08 8981 9993 as soon as possible. Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge.
